General Description

Parkland is 4.8 kms northeast of Coral Springs and 60 kms north of Miami. It is in Broward county. The city is part of the greater Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area. From the rustic country houses and elegant homes to contemporary residential communities, Parkland offers a variety of choices for people considering the purchase of a home. At this time, 47 residential communities exist within Parkland.  The city's conservative approach toward residential development and its devotion to environmental planning has enabled the community to maintain its park-like atmosphere.

People
