Mr. Pietilä is a pioneer of  international joint ventures between Finland and Russia in the steel construction industry. He provides consulting services in Russia and Finland, focusing on real estate development and project management, foreign acquisitions and financing, and enterprise start-ups.

During a career spanning more than 35 years he served in leadership positions of many Finnish steel manufacturing or real estate development companies devoted to launching and growing commercial interests in Finland, the former Soviet Union, the Russian Federation and Baltic States.

His leadership (as managing director or director) led to the growth of companies and groups including SRV International Oy, EKE Group, the Federation of Finnish Industries (General Group), the Finnish Joinery Industry Group and many others. Ms. Frances Hume

Ms. Hume has 35 years’ experience working in Mass Media & e-Communications. In addition to her duties with Codens and Propeum, she consults businesses striving to expand into the American marketplace.

She developed the ”Gateway Finland” strategy in Finland that connects American and Russian business interests via Finland's stable business environment. Before entrepreneurial interests pulled her toward building international businesses, Ms. Hume created content for a variety of trade magazines, cable television companies, e-commerce sites and newsprint publications.

Among her career milestones are participation in the team launch of the 1st Internet-based local news service for a cable news network in New York City, the 1st field application of 360-imaging for journalists, and the 1st field application of satellite GPS for journalists. Mr. Raimo Katila

Mr. Katila directs and controls projects that are conducted within the Russian Federation. He organizes search & selection of construction objects required for special projects such as the Sochi Olympics and the 2018 FIFA games.

He locates industrial land plots and acquires crucial background information about true ownership and unpublished restrictions on land use. Among his duties are the organization and acquisition of  all required construction permits within relevant Russian districts.  Mr. Katila solves administrative problems, and assists in formulating successful strategies for Western industries' successful entry into Russia. He identifies qualified & trustworthy Russian business partners, and assists Western-Russian merger & acquisition activities.

Mr. Katila holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Turku, and a Licentiate of Laws from the same university. He is a published authority on the legal system of the Russian Federation & former Soviet Union states, and on Finnish-Soviet joint ventures in the Soviet Union.

Mr. Mikhail Stepanovich Krivosheev
Expert Architect and Manager of the Proman Group in Moscow. Mr. Krivosheev holds the title of Honoured Architect of the Russian Federation. He serves as
Senior Specialist & Leading Expert of the Mosgosexpertiza of the City Government of Moscow (from 2002 to the present).

In 1995, Mr. Krivosheev served as the representative of Interbetoni Oy of Finland. He prepared the company for participation in the tender organized by the World Bank Reconstruction of Highway M10). He served as a senior research officer for the Moscow Institute for Standardized & Experimental Planning (MNIITEP) from 1978 until 2002, and from 1972 until 1978 served as junior research officer for the same institute.

Mr. John Hume
Propeum USA, LLC.'s legal oversight is provided by Mr. John Hume, whose law office is in Coral Springs, Florida. Among many other honors and accomplishments during 40 years' devotion to the practice of law, Mr. Hume was named among the Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.

He was co-founder & member of the Attorney’s Real Estate Council in Broward County, Florida, and served as co-chairman of the REALTOR/Lawyer Committee of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale in 2004 & 2006. He has been a member of that group from 2002 until the present.

Mr. Hume served as a Faculty Member of the 4th & 5th Institute on Condominium and Cluster Housing at the University of Miami Law Center. He was twice the recipient of the President’s Award from the Broward County Bar Association (1978 &1986).
