Propeum starts publicity campaign for new I-Park near Moscow

Propeum is telling Western business leaders about the new I-Park Lemminkäinen project near Moscow. It is one of the largest privately-owned, build-to-suit industrial complexes in Russia.

This I-Park is located in one of the most industry-friendly administrations in Russia. The Kaluga Government provides general support, ensures connections to utilities, and provides administrative and tax benefits.

One of the oldest construction companies in Finland, Lemminkäinen builds infrastructure projects worldwide and is a significant management contractor and construction manager.

I-Park Lemminkäinen is about 200 kilometers southwest of Moscow. It lies close to the Vorotynsk settlement in the Babyninskiy district of the Kaluga region.

Utility connections and energy and water supplies are already in place.

Utility connections are guaranteed by agreements with Kaluga Regional Government. Electricity supply is provided by an existing 110kV power line with two transformers.

A guaranteed minimum of 25 million cubic meters of gas will be supplied from an existing high pressure gas pipeline. Water and sewage lines, and a treatment station in Rosva, are in place. Fiber-optic telecommunication lines are ready for connection of about 2000 telephone lines.

Rely on a Western partner to ease your manufacturing entry into the Russian market. Lemminkäinen prepares all design documentation, obtains all approvals and permits necessary for construction, and carries out construction works and commissioning of projects.

The corporation's global business philosophy is to improve customers' earning power by providing better project management: better management skills, international construction know-how, and knowledge of the Russian marketplace gained by operating in the country since 1972.

Propeum USA is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida. Its Finnish parent company is Codens Oy.
